I'm new at Yahoo Answers. Have any of you found it to offer any substantial SEO benefits?

I don&#39;t think it will offer any seo benefits.<br /><br />The pages that your links are on are PR N/A and probably unrelated to the question.<br /><br />But saying that, a link is a link and it will count towards your total backlinks so it is worth something.

It&#39;s not good for SEO because the links are nofollow. However, you will get some traffic and if the question is related, then you will make money

You can get backlinks from Yahoo answers site, From webmaster tools also shows the backlinks from yahoo answers site links. if your in Level 2 in yahoo answers site you can placed the links. From Level 1 starting points from 101 after you are reaching 250 points you can go to Level 2. if you ask question means -5 points if you answer the question means 2 point you can get.

I&#039;ve read that Yahoo does follow links whether they are nofollow or not, and it seems like a reasonable assumption, considering that most sites have a higher number of recognized backlinks in Yahoo vs. Google.<br /><br />I would think that they would also place more authority on links coming from their own Answers site, especially if those links are in the &quot;Best Answers&quot; position.<br /><br />Strictly SEO speaking, I have not seen major benefits from having links in Yahoo Answers.&nbsp; I have seen significant traffic from Yahoo Answers when the link is picked as the best answer, as people who are looking at that question are already interested in relevant links about that topic, so they are more likely to click on them.

The links from Yahoo answers are nofollow and not passing any link juice. But I am using this for driving traffic to my websites and believe me it will work if you can give best answers.

There is not much SEO benefits because the links are nofollow.

It can get direct traffic to our site if one user click on it. this is the only benefit I see

By interacting in yahoo answers you can get credit point at the same time you can target your keyword there.......... it drive huge traffic for your website...
